Refund policy

Effective September 12, 2026

How billing works

Amzolvers LLC sells its services as a monthly retainer. The retainer is billed in advance, in US dollars (USD). There is no setup or onboarding fee.

Cancelling

Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice, sent to info@amzolvers.com. The current paid month runs to its end.

Refunds

There are no refunds for services already delivered. There is no trial period and no money-back guarantee.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Amazon and the other marketplaces. Amzolvers never holds, invoices or refunds ad spend.

Results are not grounds for a refund

We do not guarantee revenue, margin or ranking outcomes, and a result falling short of expectation is not by itself a basis for refund. Where we have failed to deliver the work described in the agreement, that is a different matter and we will make it right.

Send billing questions and disputes to info@amzolvers.com. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
