Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed in advance for the coming month. Because the work is delivered continuously across the month, a retainer that has already begun is not refundable in part. Cancellation policy and notice period go here.

Fixed-price engagements

Where a fixed-price piece of work has been purchased and no work has started, it is refundable in full. Once work has started, refunds are assessed against what has already been delivered. Specify the window here.

What is not refundable

• Advertising spend, which is paid to the marketplace and not to us
• Third-party costs such as software, creative production or freight
• Work already delivered and accepted

Results are not grounds for a refund

We do not guarantee revenue, margin or ranking outcomes, and a result falling short of expectation is not by itself a basis for refund. Where we have failed to deliver the work described in the agreement, that is a different matter and we will make it right.
