Amzolvers LLC is a Texas limited liability company at 1321 Upland Dr, Houston, Texas 77043, United States. We are the controller of the personal data collected through amzolvers.com. You can reach us at info@amzolvers.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to amzolvers.com. Data inside a client's Amazon, Walmart, eBay or TikTok Shop account is handled under the separate signed service agreement, not this page.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on /call, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your brand or company
• Your current monthly revenue band
• The marketplaces you sell on
• What you tell us about where your growth has stopped

When you book a call, we receive the details you enter into the Calendly booking calendar.

When you visit any page, standard server data is handled by our host, Cloudflare. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the time of the request. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It is cookieless and sets no tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to an enquiry you sent us and to follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To keep the site running and secure, and to understand which pages are useful. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree delivers enquiry form submissions to us.
• Calendly schedules calls.
• Cloudflare hosts the site through Cloudflare Pages and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. It has no advertising pixels and no tracking tags, and Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies. The booking calendar on /call loads from Calendly, and Calendly may set its own cookies when it loads. Those are covered by Calendly's privacy policy.

We never sell your data

Amzolvers never sells or rents personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and lead data is kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Where it is processed

Amzolvers LLC is a United States company. Information you send us is processed in the United States and wherever the providers above run their services.

Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have it corrected
• Have it deleted
• Object to how we use it
• Receive it in a portable format
• Complain to your data protection supervisory authority
