Health and wellness brand
200% in 120 days.
A health and wellness brand with a listing that was not built to convert and an ad account paying for keywords that never did. Sales up 70% in the first month and 200% by month four, conversion rate up 32%, ACOS at 26%.
Client numbers, shared with permission. The brand and its specific niche stay confidential, which is the deal we make with every brand we work on.
Amazon
The listing
Built so the first ten PPC orders turn into rank.
The brief was growth without letting ACOS run away, which means the listing has to do most of the work before the ads are asked to do any.
Front end and back end both: title, bullets, description and images, then the search terms behind them. The point of the back end is eligibility — the listing has to be in the auction for the terms it deserves. The point of the front end is that when the first ten PPC orders land on a keyword, they convert well enough for Amazon to read them as a signal and move the organic rank. Get that right and the ad spend buys rank as well as sales. Get it wrong and it only ever rents traffic.

The ad account
Cutting spend was the growth lever, not the efficiency one.
Non-converting keywords and targets do not just waste money. They hold budget that would compound somewhere else.
Everything that had spent enough to prove it did not convert was killed, the budget went behind the terms with real conversion history, and bids were reviewed on a fixed cadence rather than when something looked wrong. That is unglamorous work and it is where most of the 200% came from.

Result
70% in the first month, 200% by the fourth.
The shape matters as much as the total. Month one is the listing and the obvious waste. The rest compounds, because every keyword the ads bought rank on made the next month's spend cheaper. Month by month the account ran $13,634.74, $22,833.90, $25,448.83, $28,761.94 and $38,117.47, with unit session percentage climbing from 22.31% to 29.97% over the same stretch.
