Grocery and gourmet food brand
58% more sales. Same budget.
A grocery and gourmet food brand with a fixed ad budget and no room to raise it. Indexation fixed, 90% of spend concentrated into Sponsored Products, AMC used for targeting and the video ads built with AI: 58% year on year growth in four months at 4.65 ROAS.
Client numbers, shared with permission. The brand and its specific niche stay confidential, which is the deal we make with every brand we work on.
Amazon
The constraint
The budget was fixed, and that is the whole story.
Most growth cases are really spend cases. More budget went in, more revenue came out, and the interesting question — whether anything actually improved — goes unanswered.
Here there was no extra budget available. Every gain had to come from moving money that was already being spent, or from organic traffic that cost nothing. That is a harder brief and a more useful one, because it says what the account was capable of rather than what the budget was.

Organic first
Indexation fixed before a dollar was moved.
Targeted keywords the listing was not indexing for were fixed first, which lifted organic traffic at no media cost. On a capped budget, organic is not a nice-to-have running alongside the ads — it is the only lever that adds traffic without taking spend from somewhere else.
Concentration
90% of the budget into Sponsored Products.
Spreading a small budget across every ad type is the most common way to make it disappear. None of the placements get enough data to optimise and none of them get enough volume to rank.
Ninety percent went into Sponsored Products, where the spend does two jobs at once: it buys the sale now, and the sales velocity lifts organic rank on the same keyword. Top-of-search placement percentage was pushed deliberately on the terms with real purchase intent, which is where the click-through and conversion rates justify the higher cost per click.
AMC and AI
Audience data for targeting, AI for the video.
Amazon Marketing Cloud was used as a targeting input rather than a reporting toy: customer behaviour and campaign overlap read out of AMC, then fed back into who the campaigns went after. The video ads were built entirely with AI, matched to what the customer was actually searching for and cut to show the product's one real advantage. On a capped budget, video you cannot afford to shoot is video you do not run at all — building it with AI is what put it in the account.
